Objetivo

El próximo 18 de marzo, Vladímir Putin renovará su mandato como presidente de Rusia por otros seis años más hasta el 2024. Las elecciones, más allá de ofrecer un termómetro del respaldo popular al dirigente ruso, serán un mero trámite. Sin embargo, a partir de ahí se plantean serias incertidumbres sobre los cambios que puede introducir el Kremlin en la política doméstica y en la agenda exterior rusa y, con ello, su impacto en la OTAN, en la UE y en los disputados vecindarios Este y Sur.
