La conferencia tiene por objetivo proporcionar una visión en profundidad de la naturaleza del Estado ruso y del régimen de Putin, si Rusia está a la altura de sus objetivos, cuáles son los desafíos económicos y la base del consenso social y, finalmente, qué significa la idea de que Rusia se levanta de sus rodillas.
