CIDOB at the 9th AECPA conference

Anna Ayuso and Gemma Pinyol, the respective coordinators of the Latin America and Migrations Programmes CIDOB, participated in Malaga in Rethinking democracy: inclusion and diversity, the 9th Conference of the Spanish Association of Political Science and Administration (AECPA).


Anna Ayuso and Gemma Pinyol, the respective coordinators of the Latin America and Migrations Programmes CIDOB, participated in Malaga in Rethinking democracy: inclusion and diversity, the 9th Conference of the Spanish Association of Political Science and Administration (AECPA).

Anna Ayuso participated in the working group on 'Policies of cooperation with development', in which she presented, together with Katia Cascante, the address “Elements for establishing a comprehensive system of accountability to the population in the Spanish Policy on Cooperation with Development”. Meanwhile, Gemma Pinyol presented, together with Ruth Ferrero, the address “Border management mechanisms in the context of the European Union: the case of the southern and eastern border" in the working group on 'Current European policy on justice and domestic issues'.

The conference, which was held on 23 and 25 September, received more than 400 addresses distributed between just over 30 working groups.
