His research interests include ethnic and gender inequalities, social stratification and social integration of migrants and vulnerable groups. His relationship with migration dates to 2014 when he began to collaborate with the Andalusian Anti-Rumor Network. In 2015, while beginning his doctoral studies, he worked on the Prejudices, Stereotypes and Discrimination project, where he focused on the design and implementation of social experiments to detect discrimination in the labor market. From 2017 to 2020 he worked in the areas of training and employment and international protection of the CEPAIM Foundation. Thanks to this experience, he had developed a great ambition and interest in transferring what he learned to his academic research and began to study the processes of ethnostratification and socio-occupational integration of migrants in Spain. He is currently researching the processes of social integration in the Mediterranean European countries of immigrants from outside the EU and asylum seekers.
