Specialist in international marketing, innovation, leadership and development, Coll is currently director of the EU-Asia Global Business Research Center at EADA Business School, researcher and adjunct professor at the Maastricht School of Management and Blanquerna - Ramon Llull University, senior research associate at CIDOB Barcelona Centre for International Affairs and consultant to the European Commission and United Nations. He has worked in Europe, America, Africa and Asia, where he was the founding director of the Center for Business Promotion of the Catalonia Government (ACCIO) in South Korea and adjunct professor at the University of Yonsei and Hankuk University in Seoul. Consultant for companies and public and private organizations. His current areas of research focus on cities and urban development, global oriental management, social innovation and human leadership. He is the author of the book “Zen Business”.
