Andrea G. Rodríguez is the principal researcher for the European digital agenda at the Belgian think tank European Policy Centri (EPC). She was previously a researcher and project manager in the CIDOB Global Cities Program where she led the research at the Global Observatory of Urban Artificial Intelligence (GOUAI), a joint initiative by CIDOB and the City of Barcelona along with the cities of London and Amsterdam.
His current research focuses on governance of digital emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence or quantum computing, and their strategic impact on Europe. She is a member of the Committee of the European Cybersecurity Forum (CYBERSEC), part of the advisory group of young NATO leaders, and in 2021 the Brussels Forum of the German Marshall Fund named her "NextGenLeader". That same year, the Cybervoluntarios Foundation, supported by the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030, named her one of the 13 women in technology in Spain.
