EU-Turkey Relations: Game (not) over?

FEUTURE Mid-term Conference

19 October 2017 - 16:00h
LOCATION: CIDOB, sala Jordi Maragall, Elisabets 12, 08001 Barcelona
ORGANIZED BY: CIDOB in the framework of the FEUTURE project

EU-Turkey relations have always been challenged and particularly contested in recent months. Analyzing the drivers of this relationship in order to ponder likely scenario(s) for the future, therefore, seems more relevant than ever. FEUTURE – as the single large consortium dealing with EU-Turkey relations funded by the European Commission – aims to answering this research demand. One and a half years into the project’s work, the consortium of 15 renowned universities and think tanks from the EU, Turkey and the neighbourhood plans to take stock of and discuss both the preliminary research results as well as the EU-Turkey relationship in October 2017.

As part of the Horizon 2020 research project The Future of EU-Turkey Relations: Mapping Dynamics and Testing Scenarios (FEUTURE), the conference “EU-Turkey Relations: Game (Not) Over?” will discuss the future of EU-Turkey relations.
