Objectiu

El proper 18 de març, Vladímir Putin renovarà el seu mandat com a president de Rússia per sis anys més fins al 2024. Les eleccions, més enllà d’oferir un termòmetre del suport popular al dirigent rus, seran un mer tràmit. No obstant això, a partir d’aquí es plantegen serioses incerteses sobre els canvis que pot introduir el Kremlin en la política domèstica i en l’agenda exterior russa i, amb això, el seu impacte a l’OTAN, a la UE i als disputats veïnatges Est i Sud.
