Turkey at the Cross-roads

On April 16 Turkey will be voting for a referendum that might change key constitutional provisions. In the meantime, EU-Turkey relations are becoming increasingly tense as shown in the recent Dutch-Turkish crisis. Turkey’s critical cooperation in stopping refugees has become a bargaining chip in Ankara’s hand.
