Areas of research
Since 1995, one of CIDOB's priority subjects has been reflection and analysis of intercultural dynamics in order to promote significant links of communication and action between individuals, groups, nations, events, images and discourses.
As priority subjects, the Programme attempts to include new perceptions of intercultural dynamics as results of identification processes: hybridisation, transculturation, identity construction, cultural diversity and re-cognition, "borderisation" dynamics and new projections of "cosmopolitanism" in the international context.
