Barcelona Provincial Council and the CIDOB Foundation sign a collaboration agreement

One year on, the Migrations Programme of the CIDOB Foundation has signed a collaboration agreement with the Department of Equality and Citizenship at Barcelona Provincial Council in order to increase knowledge of the phenomenon of migration in Europe. The agreement, which consolidates five years of joint work, was signed by Narcís Serra, the President of the CIDOB Foundation, and Imma Moraleda, President-Delegate of the Area of Equality and Citizenship.

The agreement has been devised to strengthen analysis of the phenomenon of migration in the context of Europe and the rest of the world by facilitating instruments for local management. The collaboration between the two institutions will take the specific forms of debate workshops and the publication of Work Documents to analyse the different realities linked with the migrations on them, as well as organising the annual Immigration and Europe seminar.
