Co-operation for Development

The CIDOB Foundation presents its last course in the postgraduate programme in Co-operation for Development, with its programming for the 2007-2008 academic year, and with the objective of promoting the study of co-operation and offering elements for reflection on and understanding of the international context.

The programme is aimed preferentially at: people interested in developing their activity in international organisms or in the field of co-operation for development; positions in public administration or in private enterprise which carry out tasks linked to the world of co-operation; media professionals dedicated to areas of co-operation, and people interested in the study of and research into co-operation for development.

Degree

This programme leads to a postgraduate certificate granted by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). To obtain a Postgraduate Certificate students must complete 20 credits.

Admission requirements

University degree or certificate (Associate’s degree or the equivalent), and a good knowledge of Spanish and English. Those interested must turn in an admission application, a certified photocopy of their grade transcript, a copy of their diploma, documents certifying their knowledge of languages, their curriculum vitae, a photocopy of their national ID card or passport, and 3 ID-sized photographs.

Class schedule

6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., 3 days per week.

Registration

From May 2 until July 20, 2007.
Hours: Mondays through Fridays, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Education office of the CIDOB Foundation. C/ Elisabets, 10. 08001 Barcelona.
