The CIDOB Foundation and AREL (Agenzia di Ricerche e Legislazione, founded by Nino Andreatta), sponsored by the companies that represent the driving force behind the Spain-Italy Dialogue Forum, have announced that the 2nd Forum Prize is to be held. The aim of the prize – which is awarded to the two best social science studies, of a comparative nature, on subjects that are important for bilateral relations between Spain and Italy – is to encourage and promote research into links between the two great European states.

The prize will be awarded to the winners at an event that will form part of the programme of the 10th Spain-Italy Dialogue Forum.

Submission period: Studies must be sent to the CIDOB Foundation and/or to AREL between 15 July and 15 September 2009.

Jury decision: In October 2009 the examining jury will announce the names of the winners of the 2nd “Spain-Italy Dialogue Forum” Prize.
