Which are the economic interests of Catalonia in the Mediterranean and the Middle East? In which sectors and countries? Which are the main actors? What can we expect in the future, particularly in strategic sectors? These are some of the questions that will be answered in a workshop structured around the presentation and discussion of the research carried out by Javier Albarracín, responsible for the Mediterranean and Middle East of the Consortium of Commercial Promotion of Catalonia (COCPA). This research will be commented by Josep Ferré, manager of the European Institute for the Mediterranean (IEMed) and by Joaquim Ferrer, director of the Department of International Relations of PIMEC.
