- Mediterranean Programme CIDOB and the Department of Institutional Relations of the Ministry of Defence.
For the eighth time, experts from different origins and disciplines, civilians and military, governmental and nongovernmental actors will be meeting in Barcelona to discuss the progress that has been made in security and defence in the Mediterranean, and to analyse the main future challenges. This year, participants will be tackling the role of trans-Atlantic dialogue in the Mediterranean and the possibilities of collaboration in the areas of civil protection, maritime security and crisis management.
