The seminar on Spain's Presidency of the European Union will represent the starting point for a German-Spanish dialogue between two think tanks: SWP and CIDOB. The activity will be an opportunity for an exchange of views on the agenda for Spain's Presidency of the EU in 2010, and will cover the areas of Migration, Energy and the Future of the Union for the Mediterranean. The seminar will feature the participation of leading experts and members of parliament from the governments of both countries.
