10th Spain-Italy Dialogue Forum

The Spain-Italy Dialogue Forum brings together representatives from civil society in an annual meeting that has been held in venues in the two countries since 1999 on an alternating basis. The latest addition to the list of venues -- Genoa, Barcelona, Rome, Valencia, Milan, Jaén-Granada, Verona, Toledo and Pisa -- is Madrid, which will host the 10th Dialogue Forum. The result of a long phase of collaboration, and with the aim of promoting research into issues that are important for Spanish-Italian relations, the organising bodies (AREL and CIDOB) and the Forum's sponsors will be presenting the 2nd Spain-Italy Dialogue Forum Prize.

The forum, at which leading figures from civil society can freely discuss contemporary issues, is organised as a framework suitable for promoting new joint action ideas and initiatives for the Spanish and Italian governments.
