Lecture by Joaquín Pérez-Villanueva, Spanish Ambassador to Libya. This activity is part of the Diplomacy School’s Aula Internacional Programme, in collaboration with the Centre of International Studies of Barcelona, the aim of which is to contribute to the dissemination of information on Spanish foreign policy in the national and international spheres.
