The Cultural Dynamics Programme of the CIDOB Foundation has been collaborating with the Ghent University in organising an encounter designed with the purpose of advancing in reflection on the impact of the urban world on culture, community and identity. In this symposium, experts of different origins and from different disciplines will try to give answers – beyond the academic sphere – to such questions as the influence of religion on the conception of the world or the compatibility between inclusion and the individual.
