The 2005 European Union – Latin America Decentralised Co-operation Yearbook is a work designed for reflecting on and generating knowledge in relation with decentralised co-operation between both regions and for making progress in the analysis of models of this phenomenon. The articles, by prestigious experts from the academic, political and technical worlds of both sides of the Atlantic, update the Observatory’s main areas of research: decentralised co-operation theory, governability and institutional strengthening, social cohesion and poverty reduction and processes of regional integration.
