This seminar represents an attempt to reflect deeper upon the illegal drugs economy and transnational crime, its evolution and the different alternative proposals to prohibitionism, with the aim of increasing social awareness and encouraging the drafting of better, more effective public policy, so as to help to promote peace and human rights.
